  • Ms. Arrington brings her expertise in residential projects to our team, backed by a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Babson College. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in various interests including dance, travel, and photography, cherishing moments spent with family. Committed to community involvement, she serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Trustees for her condominium complex and represents the Town of Chelmsford in her civic engagement efforts.

Andrea Brown
Senior Vice President of Operations

  • Ms. Brown is at the helm of our company's evolution, reporting directly to the CEO, as she spearheads the re-envisioning of our operations, technology initiatives, and employee-centric programs. With a holistic approach, she focuses on enhancing corporate branding and fostering a vibrant company culture aligned with our mission of building resilient communities. Leveraging her diverse background, including membership in the esteemed 2007 American Institute of Architects (AIA) Firm of the Year, Ms. Brown brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Holding certifications as a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Notary Public, Licensed Real Estate Broker, and pursuing the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation, she combines practical knowledge with a visionary outlook. Ms. Brown's educational background spans a B.A. in Art History from Rutgers University and pursuit of a M.Arch. degree at the Boston Architectural College. Beyond her professional endeavors, she dedicates herself to community service as an elected Library Trustee and a Board Member of the local recreational soccer committee. In her leisure time she enjoys travels with her husband and three children, a tennis match, or the challenge of fixing anything broken. Her multifaceted approach and commitment to excellence drive our company forward with energy and innovation.

Gary Campbell
Chief Executive Officer

  • Mr. Campbell assumes a pivotal role overseeing all facets of ownership, management, and development across Campbell Communities' extensive portfolio of 2,000 real estate units. His leadership drives forward initiatives to revitalize properties, embrace digital transformation, and restructure operations for enhanced efficiency. With a background rooted in television broadcast news at NBC and CNN, Mr. Campbell brings over 28 years of experience to his current role, including serving as a general contractor for Gilbert Campbell Real Estate projects. His academic credentials include a BA in Economics/Applied Mathematics from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Campbell is deeply engaged in community service, holding various leadership positions in organizations such as Tufts Medicine/Wellforce, Circle Health, and Saints Medical Center. He also contributes his expertise to boards including Lowell Plan, MassDevelopment Finance Agency, and Pioneer Institute. Mr. Campbell's dedication extends to numerous professional memberships, underscoring his commitment to excellence in real estate and community development. Outside of work, he enjoys running, travel, and exploring the history of technology, embodying a well-rounded approach to both professional and personal pursuits.

Nick Cenatiempo
Vice President of Revenue Development

  • In his role, Mr. Cenatiempo spearheads the management and oversight of all revenue streams within Campbell Communities, driving strategic planning, development, and implementation of initiatives to optimize income across the property portfolio. His responsibilities span rent and renewal structures, budgeting, and financial forecasting, all aimed at maximizing revenue while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. With a background that includes senior roles within Campbell Communities, such as Sr. Property Manager and Director of Pricing Strategy, as well as experience as Assistant General Manager of Arsenal Yards by Bozzuto, Mr. Cenatiempo brings a wealth of expertise to his current position. He holds a Bachelor's in Sports Management from Saint John’s University and a Master's in Sports Management from the State University of New York at Cortland. Outside of work, Mr. Cenatiempo cherishes time spent with his family, often embarking on adventures along the scenic Maine coastline. An avid sports enthusiast, he passionately supports the Red Sox and Patriots, reflecting his deep-rooted love for the game.

Thomas White
Vice President of Construction

  • Mr. White plays a pivotal part in the enhancement and development of Campbell Communities' properties, overseeing renovations, forecasting future development areas, and managing project budgets and scope of work. With a focus on streamlining project workflows and fostering team coordination, he ensures seamless execution across all construction endeavors. With over 15 years of experience in construction and real estate development, Mr. White has held significant positions with leading construction management firms in the Northeast, contributing to a diverse array of development projects in the Boston area. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Connecticut and pursued further education in Construction Management at Northeastern University's College of Professional Studies. Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. White finds solace and enjoyment in the sport of golf, often taking to the course when he's not engaged in overseeing construction projects for Campbell Communities.
